When you write your Block B reflection, go one layer deeper than “I am an Initiator.” Write about a real moment when your natural role helped, and one when it created friction. That second one is where the learning is.

When your team forms, map the composition together and name the gaps out loud. Decide who is consciously covering what. That conversation, had in week one, saves more time than any planning document.
